# Boundaries And Limitations

This project is intentionally presented with strict boundaries.

## No Consciousness Claim

Lucie / Himadjin does not publicly claim consciousness, sentience, personhood,
emotion or subjective experience.

Conversation may be used to study apparent continuity, social coherence and
adaptive behavior, but those observations are not treated as proof of inner
experience.

## No Scientific Validation Claim

Material concepts, energy concepts and simulation examples are exploratory.

They may include:

- conceptual design;
- rough equations;
- toy estimates;
- bounded scores;
- plausibility checks.

They do not include:

- laboratory proof;
- certified engineering validation;
- peer-reviewed discovery;
- guaranteed physical feasibility;
- safety certification.

## No Runtime Authority

The public project describes a read-only, advisory posture.

Lucie does not have authority to:

- write persistent memory without explicit validation;
- execute system actions autonomously;
- modify private runtime state;
- access files, networks or devices without a controlled bridge;
- claim observations that were not actually made.

## No Private Disclosure

This public repository excludes:

- local memory databases;
- raw transcripts;
- private logs;
- internal invention candidates;
- security-sensitive implementation details;
- operator-specific data;
- local paths and credentials.

## Practical Interpretation

The right way to read this project is:

> a local research prototype for making AI assistance more contextual, bounded
> and auditable.

The wrong way to read it is:

> a finished autonomous agent, a proof of artificial consciousness, or a
> scientifically validated invention engine.
